Weddings
There are a fair few different parts of a wedding where a bagpiper can add to the occasion. Playing as the bride gets out of the car at her arrival at the church, playing the bride down the aisle, playing during the signing of the register, playing bride and groom back up the aisle and out the church or just out the church. Some weddings I have only played the couple out of the church, some I have done all of the above but mostly the couple have cherry picked the different parts where they wanted a bagpiper. A very nice touch is playing the couple to the top table for the meal.
